The real reason for this blog...

Like the title says, this isn't just being created to bitch and moan about bad beats or whatever poker bloggers do, I wouldn't really know what everyone writes about because I am just beginning to read poker blogs.

This blog was created because I am considering making a Supernova Elite run this year. My plan is to do my very best to stay on pace for the first three months and then make an all out push for it if I don't feel like gouging my eyes out or need carpal tunnel surgery at the end of March. Needless to say, I am already behind pace but the reason is because I spent nine days on vacation in sunny Hawaii.

Not to worry though, I am giving myself about 35 days off in my guesstimations for SNE and therefore need to crank out 3030 VPP's per day that I play to make it to the magic million mark. By that plan I am ahead of pace by about 6k VPPS with 26 vacation days remaining or just on pace with 28 vacation days, depending on how I choose to cut it.

I am hoping that this blog will maybe get me some fellow SNE chasers as friends, so once I tidy the layout up and maybe post a link in the 2p2 SNE chase thread, I'll be looking to get a blogroll going. So, if anyone else with a poker blog is interested in trading links leave me a comment.
